Cancellation policy

Out of respect for clients awaiting appointments and to better manage incoming requests while providing the best service to all clients, an absenteeism policy is in effect. Therefore, if you need to cancel an appointment, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% administration fee of the scheduled fees will be charged. I remain open and flexible to consider exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies and unforeseen events, and I can make specific arrangements in these situations.
